Watch YMovies. An experimental double-screen film exploring chance and causality through the work of Daniel Spoerri and the European Nouveau Réalisme movement. Featuring encounters with the art of Christo, Jean Tinguely, Niki de Saint Phalle, and others, the film uses associative montage and unexpected juxtapositions to examine the relationship between artistic creation and randomness. The original lineup of the British experimental group Cabaret Voltaire composed and performed its soundtrack.
